Vanessa’s struggle has become even harder 💔
🚨 With heavy hearts, we share a very worrying update regarding Vanessa.
According to the latest information from Cuba, her medical situation has seriously deteriorated. Her condition has been complicated by a pulmonary embolism, a serious medical complication where a blood clot obstructs blood flow in the lungs.
The situation is currently being described as very critical.
Words fail. Behind this update stands not just a file or a medical report. Behind this update stands a child. A family. Fear. Hope. Love. And a fight for life.
As a foundation, together with stakeholders, we continue to seek out opportunities, open doors, and draw attention where it is needed. At the same time, our thoughts are with Vanessa, her parents, and everyone who is by her side at this moment.
But precisely now, we also want to make an urgent appeal to everyone reading this:
